I have given up cigars except for my birthday. I smoked one of these last year for my 50th birthday and decided to repeat with another for my 51st. I’m curious to see if another year of aging will improve upon an already very nice smoke.

One other thing on this cigar. Should I leave the cigar unwrapped in my humidor or should I leave it box and all, or with just the tissue paper in my humidor? Do you think this will allow the flavors from the cedar and the sweetness of the wrapper to mingle?

Great review. I was hoping that you would have updated the spec information section of this article to let us know what it is comprised of. I purchased two of these and I am looking to age these approximately 5 years. I’m hoping this will be enough.

This cigar looks awesome but I think its very rare that you find a barber pole style cigar worth smoking! At $17.00 it should be awesome and not should not need any type of aging. I guess it just goes to show you that cigars that are priced high are necessarily the best. Great review my friend.

I just noticed, Camacho even published the review Ed and I did of the 10th Anniversary. Now that shows honesty, because we slammed it pretty bad!

Man your blog is really getting popular! Good job on the review. I have a couple of these that I’ve stashed for a special occasion, and an eventual review with Ed. Your review left me with hope that this will be as enjoyable as the 2007′s.
