This is by far my favorite cigar. I drive 15 miles out of my way to the best cigar shop around to purchase them one at a time. I’m thinking I need to buy an entire box. It goes perfectly with a cold drawn Gosser in the early evening at the end of the week. I’ve paid twice the price for Cuban Montecristos and learned my lesson. Nothing but My Father Belicoso #2 for this fan!

Just tried the Toro version. It had a lighter body than I was expecting (definelty not full) and a sweeter spice flavor then you typically get from a Nicaraguan. I’d give it 8.5/10

I just lit one up a little while ago and am smoking it now. It does seem to have a very nice white/gray ash similar to the DP Centurion. Lots of creamy smoke so far. This was a gift from a cigar store owner that enjoys this cigar. He spoke highly of it and sent me one to try. Its been sitting in a humidor for 2 months waiting for me.
Very impressive and the label may be a little pink, but its a very nice garcia/garcia label. I understand that the binder and filler that are grown in Nicaragua are for Don Pepin’s own personal use. Its a big ring size 54 with a lot of well blended tobacco wrapped in a Ecoudorian wrapper. Mild to medium.

The girlfriend gave this cigar as a gift one sunny afternoon. She has not given me a better gift since. Ummm….yes she has. Anyways the cigar is wonderful. Nice draw with lots of smoke. I would probably not buy one for myself being the price is to high but as a gift I will take it all day.

I have smoked some great cigars lately..Habanos and others. This cigar is so good for what it is…to me…the flavor…the smoke and draw just blows me away! Pure enjoyment..I would pay the price once per week to enjoy one..but I’m buying a box!

Barry, I do believe that this is the next incarnation of the series following the Mi Barrio (My Neighborhood) by Pepin. Limited production of 50K fits the bill. Hmmm interesting you gave it just an 88
