I recently picked up a box of the toros at my local tobbaconist after buying a oliva sampler pack. I happen to love almost all the oliva branded cigars but this is my favorite daytime smoke of all better than dunhill ashton and avo! Has more kck to it and tastes great. Burns evenly and very cool white smoke. Overall id rate this cigar a 9.2 in my book! Great review of an excellent mild/ medium bodied daily smoke

Took your advice and decided to smoke this one this morning. This is definitely not your typical mild Connecticut wrapper cigar. I gave this to one of my customers who likes mild cigars and I saw him turning green. This cigar may not have any ligero, but it does have a little zing to it that you either like or dislike. In my case, I like it. I’ll keep this as a morning smoke. Good review Barry!

Nice review… I love this cigar even though I would never have thought that it was in my flavor profile as I tend to like stronger cigars. Everyone should give these a try and maybe you will want to add it to your rotation as a morning cigar.

I smoked 2 of these recently, both robustos, and I was very happy with the flavors. Not a typical Connecticut-style, but still great. The flavors are richer and thicker than most Connecticut-wrapped sticks. There’s a touch of the Nicaraguan spice that you find in the other Oliva cigars. Very coffee and cream tasting with some great warm bread notes.

I haven’t smoked this one yet, but I’ve held one in a cigar store and the wrapper is luscious and and I wanted to fire it up right then and there. Interesting that it is on the medium bodied side. Now I definitely have to go back and try one…like today!
