Altadis USA sues Tatuaje Cigars

Altadis USA has officially filed a lawsuit over the use of the Fleur De Lys on Tatuaje Cigars. They have filed suit in the Florida Southern District Court. The lawsuit names Tatuaje Cigars, Pete Johnson, My Father Cigars and Jose Pepin Garcia as the defendants.    This is ridiculous and even if Tatuaje wins this one it will cost them a lot of money to fight it. I like Atladis less every day.
