Altadis USA sues Tatuaje Cigars

Altadis USA has officially filed a lawsuit over the use of the Fleur De Lys on Tatuaje Cigars. They have filed suit in the Florida Southern District Court. The lawsuit names Tatuaje Cigars, Pete Johnson, My Father Cigars and Jose Pepin Garcia as the defendants.
