Sunday Links

The cigar doldrums. After an onslaught of new products we are at the time of year where new things to try are far and few between. Sure there are some great sticks coming out soon like the Nosotros from illusione and although I haven’t tried it yet the Dark Corojo Antano has a buzz about it and is due out soon from Joya De Nicaragua. But other then that we wait and see what 2010 will bring us. For now news like the parent companies of CAO and Macanudo merging will have to hold us over.

After a brief hiatus while I catch up from the stuff that was neglected during the holiday season i bring to you….

The Sunday Links!

  • Casas Fumando gets his hands on and reviews the Joya De Nicaragua Dark Corojo Antano.
  • Keepers of the Flame has a review of the Casa Royale a cigar I pick up from time to time when at Holt’s in Philadelphia.
  • Stogie Review breaks the cherry of Mike aka @KnightRid and welcomes him as a review with the Rocky Patel Cameroon Especial.
  • Toms Cigars gives us his take on the Tabacos Baez Serie SF.

Have you tried the Rocky Patel 1992 Black Label? Saw one at the B&M last time I was there, was wondering if anyone has tried it.

  • Barry

That is the vintage 1992 the label color was changed so as not to confuse with the 1990 it is in my opinion one of the better rocky’s

  • Rustmeister
