Sunday Links

The Sunday Links feature reviews of the Dirty Rat, Diesel Unholy Cocktail and the Drew Estate Egg. But it doesn’t stop there. We also have links to an article on some great affordable wine as well as letting you know what site broke the contents of the CRA Sampler before anyone else….

Also we weight in on our thoughts with the hard time being given to the Canadian Women’s Hockey Team. So come on inside and check it all out!

The other night I was at Cigar Inn in NYC when I saw Pete Johnson of Tatuaje tweet that he was in New Jersey. After trying to find out if he was at a store or an event I pretty much gave up. I headed home and was ready to call it a night. That is until he called me out in a tweet..

Cigar Review: Tobacos Baez Serie H

The Tobacos Baez cigars are named for the small town where Jose Pepin Garcia was born. Baez, Cuba is in the center of the country and you would be amazed at how many cigar names come from the small towns of Cuba. Pulling up a map on Google shows a lot of names we all recognize.

The Tobacos Baez Serie H is produced at Pepin Industrial Park in Nicaragua at the El Rey De Los Habanos Cigar Factory.

Press Release: Joya De Nicaragua Cabinetta Serie

Esteli, Nicaragua – Joya de Nicaragua, S.A. (JdN), the makers of the respected JOYA DE NICARAGUA® brand of premium handmade cigars, announced today that they will continue to slowly expand their release of their Cabinetta Serie® line to select retailers. Well known for their powerhouse Antaño® line, the Cabinetta Serie is an unexpected departure from their classic full-bodied style of blends. This new blend is a marriage of a creamy, milder filler recipe of tobaccos complemented by the spicy taste sensation of its unique double-wrapped, Habano-Seed leaf head.
