Why do different cigars have names like toro, churchill, etc. Does it have to do with size and shape and if so, what name is given to different sizes?

I just wanted to clear something up since I have diabetes. The question and answer that when a person who smokes or gets lightheaded is not because the blood sugar has dropped, in fact nicotine raises blood sugars. I have had diabetes for 10 years and know more than I ever wanted to about this insidious disease. I still smoke cigars, but it is my choice which is all about quality of life for me. The direct reason for being lightheaded and feeling nausea is directly from the nicotine and we should practice not inhaling. Just wanted to clear this up before others who have diabetes get the idea that smoking will drop their blood sugars.
